Scott Shackelford serves as a professor of business law and ethics at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is also the Cybersecurity Program Chair and Director of the Cybersecurity and Internet Governance Program at the Ostrom Workshop. Dr. Shackelford is an Affiliated Scholar at both Harvard and Stanford, as well as a Senior Fellow at Indiana University’s Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research, and a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Dr. Shackelford received his PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge and JD from Stanford University. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, privacy, property rights, sustainability, and international law and relations. He has published over 100 works and received numerous academic and teaching awards.
